2005 Rutledge Games:
Brad's race (and more)

Did he win? The "Powers that Be" say he didn't! All we can say is that it sure was mighty close! (Brad's the boy on the far left)
Officially (as officially as the Rutledge Fourth of July Games get) Brad finishes FOURTH in the 9/10 year old 50 meter footrace. This unfortunate turn of events breaks an awesome six year winning streak compiled since he first hit the Rutledge Games scene in 1999 (when he first garnered the title "Rutledge's Fastest Three Year Old"). But DID he really Lose?
We'll let....

In other Rutledge Games news.........
THERE IS NO OTHER NEWS! Okay, it wasn't THAT bad! We still had fun! Brad and Emma Martin continue their longstanding tradition of giving each other "Bunny Ears" every time any sort of photographic device is pointed anywhere in their general direction:
Ben and Gabe and Max race in the Seven Year Old Race (Did someone finish third?) and everyone enjoys the water cup relay. Bob Sokoloff and I toss both Eggs and Balloons, going deep into the final throws but coming up short in the end. After the peanut toss the fire hose comes out and we all get wet!
