.......We got to “Sunglow” first and hung our wet bathing suits out but they
were still cleaning and the beach was cold and windy. Everybody was here when we
got back and Brian is staying upstairs with us. He brought several Library books
including Flora Gill Jacobs large edition.
.......We had fried chicken from the “Hen Coop” as we couldn’t get any to cook

Good day for swimming, but we were a rosy lot of people, particularly Daddy and
John’s knees which never see the light of day.

Tuesday
Kai has a new kite to match the bird kite she gave Rob for his birthday. Hers is
Orville Black Fang and his is Wilbur White Fang. Wilbur travels - he got away
and up to the Bel Air Motel but was rescued.

RM99-My mother didn't deem it worth mentioning, but Mr. Watts from Huntington stopped by to give us some fish he allegedly caught.
Rob and Nancy went with the Shaws and MacLeods to the drama,
“The Lost Colony” ,
and enjoyed it thoroughly once again( We had gone the year before). We kept
Lolly - they got home about 12:30 AM “ housetime” (EDST)- 11:30PM outside time
(EST)
..........Brian and Nancy changed the furniture around - some of it is much
better.
